Through our online support portal, you can submit your support requests directly to us. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number. Using the ticket number, you can track the status of open tickets. A valid email address is required to open a ticket.

General support requests or technical requests from Cryptoshop customers, Amazon Marketplace customers, and users or customers without a support contract will be handled on a best-effort basis during business hours. We ask for your understanding that we cannot provide guaranteed response times or assistance in every case.
